Hi, I’m Leanne — a product designer with 15+ years of experience across industrial design, branding, licensing, and digital product design.

I began in fashion and apparel, designing consumer products for retail brands, and moved into digital over time. That path taught me to care deeply about the person on the other end — whether they’re picking up a product or trying to complete a stressful task on their phone.

Today, I work on complex digital products in insurance and financial services, where thoughtful design can make confusing experiences feel calm and clear. I’m drawn to ambiguous problems, collaborative workshops, design systems, and the details that turn good ideas into workable products.

I’m hands-on, but I also enjoy helping teams align, mentoring designers, and raising the quality of the work together. Based in Toronto, I’m looking for a Senior or Lead Product/UX role where I can shape direction and help a team do its best thinking.
